1. What is included in a private tour?
We offer three categories of tours:
- Knowledgeable driver-guide: Our best-selling option, where one staff member handles both driving and guiding.
- Chauffeur and professional guide: Our highest service level, providing a more in-depth guided experience with two staff members.
- Chauffeur only: An entry-level option suited for more independent travellers.
All tours include the services of a professional driver-guide, chauffeur and guide, or chauffeur only, a luxury Mercedes V Class or Vito executive minivan, fuel, parking, and tolls. Entry fees to attractions and meals are not included unless specified.
2. How do I book a tour?
You can book directly on our website, or contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to customise your itinerary.
3. Are entrance fees to attractions included?
No, entrance fees are not included unless specified. For most day trips, tickets can be added at checkout.
4. Are the tours customisable?
Yes, all our tours are bespoke. We can tailor the itinerary to suit your preferences and interests.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
- Day trips: Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date are *fully refundable.
- Multi-day tours: Cancellations made 30 days before the tour date are *fully refundable.

6. Can you arrange accommodation for multi-day tours?
Yes, we can recommend and book hotels, partnering with select properties to ensure a comfortable stay.
7. What kind of vehicles do you use?
We use executive-class Mercedes V Class, Vito Tourers, and other high-end vehicles for comfort, safety, and style. More luxurious options, such as Rolls-Royce and vintage cars, are also available.
8. How many people can join a private tour?
Our vehicles comfortably seat up to seven passengers. For larger groups, please contact us for arrangements.
9. Do the tours include pick-up and drop-off at our accommodation?
Yes, we provide complimentary pick-ups and drop-offs within Central London Zone 1. Beyond this, pick-ups and drop-offs can be arranged for an additional fee.
10. Can you pick us up from the airport, cruise terminal, or train station?
Yes, we offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services from hotels, airports, and other locations beyond Central London and throughout the UK. These services carry an additional fee; please check with us for details.
11. How much luggage fits in the vehicles?
Our Mercedes minivans can accommodate up to four large suitcases, four carry-ons, and seven small bags or backpacks, in addition to seven passengers.
12. Can I book a tour for the same day?
No, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to check availability and book a tour.
13. When should I book?
For day trips, most clients book 2-3 months in advance. We often sell out, especially from March to October. Multi-day tours are typically booked 6-8 months prior to travel to ensure availability.
